Zoiper 5 Desktop App

Download Zoiper
  1. Download Zoiper on your computer. 
    1.  https://www.zoiper.com/en/voip-softphone/download/current
Configuration
  1. Open the Zoiper app.
    1. Enter SIP Username@sip.broadtela.com using the information sent to you from our engineers.
    2. Enter SIP Password
    3. Click Login.
  1. Enter your Domain/Proxy = sip.broadtela.com
  1. Click Next.
  2. Un Checkmark Optional Authentication and Outbound Proxy
  1. Click Next.
  2. On the next Screen, Zoiper will try to automatically detect the SIP connection for the application
  3. Select SIP TCP
  1.  Click Next
  2. On the next screen, it will ask if you would like to test your audio setup, go ahead and test your device or click on SKIP if not needed, otherwise follow the onscreen prompts to test
  3. Once done you should now see that Zoiper is registered with a Green checkmark showing next to your account name
  4. You will now see the Account is ready you will be able to make calls.

Troubleshooting Zoiper

If you can not register, check over your username and password, and that the SIP settings have been entered correctly .

If you are copying and pasting the password please ensure you do not accidentally copy a space at the start or end.

You may also need to make some changes to the advanced settings.
You can access this by clicking Settings → Advanced

Under Global STUN ensure Enable STUN is disabled (not checked).
